1968-1981 FMX Rebuilding Kits

These kits are made to fit all FMX cast iron case automatic transmissions used in Ford and Mercury from 1968-1981. FMX transmissions will have a case that measures 9-7/8" from the front to the back, and a filler tube that sits into the transmission oil case. This unit will not have a rear pump.

We offer three versions of kits ranging from an Overhaul Kit which includes all of the gaskets, seals, and sealing rings, to our most complete Master Kit which includes all gaskets, seals, rings, clutches and steel plates.

Overhaul Kit = All gaskets, rubber seals, metal clad seals, and sealing rings.

Major Kit = Overhaul kit plus friction plates.

Master Kit = Major kit plus steel plates
